Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Velmora products. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, contact us at Sagaldiigital26@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note: due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
